White Bean and Artichoke Dip

I don't know about you but I'm always the one hovering around the dip at any party. It's holiday party season now and this is the perfect appetizer to make or bring along for the hostess. It's super simple, delicious and is actually surprisingly healthy! In this season of decadence, this is one appetizer you can happily eat without fretting. 

White Bean and Artichoke Dip

1 can cannelini beans

15 oz. canned artichokes (or 2 cups of fresh quartered artichokes)

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 tsp red chili pepper flakes

1 tsp lemon juice 

Salt and pepper to taste


Mix all together in a food processor while slowly adding in the olive oil. Grind until a chunky texture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
